MeloNest User Agreement

These terms govern your use of MeloNest. By using MeloNest, you agree to this User Agreement.

1. Product Scope

MeloNest helps you generate, import, store, and play a private local music library. Version 1.0.0 focuses on local playback, generated music metadata, imported audio, video-to-audio extraction, lyrics display, sharing, and settings.

2. Your Content

You are responsible for prompts you enter and media files you import. Only import or share files when you have the rights or permission to do so. MeloNest does not grant you rights to third-party music, videos, samples, or other copyrighted material.

3. AI-Generated Music

Generated results may vary. You are responsible for reviewing generated music before using, publishing, or sharing it. If a generation provider or gateway has additional terms, those terms may also apply to generation requests processed by that provider.

4. Local Files and Deletion

MeloNest stores generated and imported audio locally. Deleting a track removes MeloNest's local record and associated app-private file where available. You remain responsible for backups or copies outside MeloNest.

5. No Bypass or Unauthorized Use

Do not use MeloNest to violate laws, infringe rights, bypass platform rules, or distribute content you are not allowed to distribute. MeloNest does not provide social feeds, copyrighted catalog playback, automatic purchasing, screen reading, or undisclosed automation.

6. Availability

MeloNest is provided as-is. We aim to keep the app stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or availability of any external generation provider.

7. Changes

We may update MeloNest and this User Agreement as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
